The Eva Marlene Ostrom Building (Lindsay Building)

Built in 1912 by Frank Lindsay, this terra-cotta, 10-story structure remained an office building until 2003 when Public Capital transformed it into an elegant 45-unit apartment complex.

With five different floor plans to choose from, The Lindsay Building (later renamed to the Eva Marlene Ostrom Building) has something for everyone.

The EMO Building is 1/2 block away from Winnipeg's skywalk system, offering easy access to all downtown businesses, restaurants, clubs, Red River Collage and the University of Winnipeg. In addition, the EMO Building borders Winnipeg's Exchange District, which houses art galleries, salons, boutiques, music venues and unique cafes and restaurants.
