Tollak II

Like its sister, Tollak I, Tollak II apartments offer its residents magnificent river views and peace along the Red River in Selkirk, Manitoba. 

Constructed in 2006, Tollak II has 8 one-bedroom suites and 16 two-bedroom suites for a total of 24 suites.  Each suite has a balcony, all appliances including a dishwasher, and a large pantry.  The two-bedroom suites also have additional storage space in the master bedroom and a three-piece ensuite bathroom.  Parking is available for an additional fee and each floor has laundry facilities.  Carpet runs throughout the suite with the exception of vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

The building is of masonry and steel-frame construction with an exterior façade comprised of textured concrete block and stucco.  It rests atop a slab on grade foundation.
