320 Donald Street - Surtees Building


Located in the heart of downtown, this three-storey building mainly houses Government offices, but has a separate entrance for a potential retail tenant.

The upper floors have a gross leasable area of 35,000 square feet and the basement, which was a former bowling alley, 10,000 square feet.

The structure was built in 1975 of masonry and steel, which rests on top of a pourced concrete basement. The exterior is primarily finished with stucco and some glazing, but also has some decorative concrete blocks and metal cladding.
